Mélanie Chevalier - Founder & CEO, Creative Culture
Mélanie is the Founder and CEO of cross-cultural consultancy Creative Culture. Her passion for cultural diversity and intelligence has strongly influenced her life and career decisions. Having a multicultural upbringing in countries like Taiwan, Brazil, Cameroon, France and Spain, it was only natural that Mélanie would build her career on challenging the status quo of internationalisation and traditional models to offer a much more effective and qualitative approach by building global success on cultural intelligence and insights.
With over 18 years of industry experience in cross-cultural communications and strategy, Mélanie has been advising international brands such as Barclays Wealth, Cointreau, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal Luxe, Maserati, Nokia, Orange, P&G, Sanofi, Sony and Urban Decay.
A proud award winner of the 2021 Female Frontier’s Championing Change category, the 2022 IPA iList that celebrates leading figures driving DEI in the industry and International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge (IWEC), Mélanie is very active in promoting DEI and has developed innovative initiatives to allow brands to successfully lead their inclusion ambitions in complex multicultural environments.
